K.R VanderBrooke

K.R. VanderBrooke is a science writer and wildlife advocate who has worked extensively with wolves, wolfdogs, and coyotes. He has a master’s degree in geography from Portland State University and served as an army reservist. Having sustained several mind-altering injuries, he uses his writing to explore consciousness, meaning, and the permeability of the boundaries between life and death. In his free time, he can be found making guitars and metal music while deliberately bothering his dog and wife.
